Indiana Has a Chip on Their Shoulder [IU v ND CFP Game Preview]
(12-18-24)
The Indiana Hoosiers have been balling this year. Leading the 11-1 Hoosiers to the College Football Playoffs for the first time is first-year head coach Curt Cignetti. With Curt Cignetti coming from a G5 program (James Madison University), and 13 of the 29 transfers from JMU accompanying him, many doubted Indiana's success. With the 13 JMU transfers, Indiana brough in 8 additional G5 transfers and one FCS transfer. They were projected 17th out of 18 teams in the Big Ten and finished 3rd. They went into Notre Dame with a chip on their shoulder due to all the people who doubted Indiana even after they proved they can compete.
IU Fans Are Traveling to Games Like Never Before [IU v MSU Game Recap]
(11-06-24)
A sports news package regarding the recent success of Indiana's Football program. I traveled to East Lansing to cover the Hoosiers' game against the Michigan State Spartans. With a chance to go 9-0 for the first time in program history, the Hoosiers were going to have to prove they could handle the pressure of a Big Ten road game. However, unlike previous years, the Hoosier fans are traveling to games like never before to support their success. Before the game, I interviewed a few Hoosier fans outside Spartan Stadium to see what their thoughts were about Hoosier fans appearing at games and the team's chance to make program history.
Collegiate Athletes Remaining in College Rather Than Going Pro
(12-12-23)
In this video, I explore collegiate athletes and the reasoning on why some athletes stay in college when they can participate in pro sports. Throughout the years, at some point in their collegiate journey, athletes have to make a decision to remain for another year or try their luck in the pros. It could be continuing their education, developing their skills, or accomplishing a milestone. However, in recent years, it has become more apparent that athletes are remaining in college due to the opportunities NIL offers.
Interviewing People on Kirkwood
(10-24-22)
Man on the street type interview. I interviewed people roaming around Kirkwood (the main street in Downtown Bloomington, right by the Sample Gates of Indiana University). The people I interviewed were a mix of IU students or others who were in the area. I asked them their thoughts about the Supreme Court ruling on NIL (Name Image & Likeness).

In this interview, I ask Jack Betts, a wide receiver at Amherst College, what his thoughts are about NIL. Jack Betts has been crowned the "King of Division III NIL" due to his deals as a D3 athlete. [The interview took place on October 20th, 2022]
